NBA dunk contest — Long shot
JAYLEN BROWN (+420) is the best player that has participated in the competition in a few years. He’s regarded as one of the best in-game dunkers, and with the freedom of not having to beat a defense, he could make a statement. Unlike McClung, the time to strike is now for Brown bettors as he could see quite a bit of action based on name recognition leading up to the start of the contest.

TEAM ALL-STARS (+180) consists of Atlanta Hawks PG Trae Young, Philadelphia 76ers PG Tyrese Maxey and Toronto Raptors SF Scottie Barnes. They are the midrange-priced team in the field of 3. However, they have the tools that should make them favorites. In a competition of ball handling, shooting and passing, I’m going with 2 quick point guards and a point-forward over a team with C Myles Turner and another with C Victor Wembanyama.
