Despite Dan Campbell leading the board for the majority of the year, Kevin Stefanski concluded the regular season as a heavy favorite following Cleveland’s blistering run in December.

With that said, after making his long-anticipated return to the NFL, Jim Harbaugh headlines next year’s NFL odds to win the 2024-25 Coach of the Year.

Favorites to win NFL Coach of the Year

Jim Harbaugh (+550)

Wherever Jim Harbaugh goes, a winning culture follows.

Whether it be the former quarterback’s time as head coach at San Diego and Stanford or a four-year run with the 49ers that saw Harbaugh reach the NFC Championship in his first three years (including one Super Bowl appearance), there was never any question about the 60-year-old’s resume.

After leading Michigan to a National Championship victory, Harbaugh will now look to re-invent a dysfunctional Los Angeles Chargers organization that is reeling from a disappointing 5-11 campaign.

The good news? Harbaugh has a franchise quarterback at his disposal in Justin Herbert, and plenty of talent on the defensive side of the ball, including pass rusher Joey Bosa, corner Asante Samuel Jr., and safety Derwin James.

Matt LaFleur (+800)

In five seasons as Green Bay Packers HC, Matt LaFleur boasts a .675 winning percentage and is coming off an impressive season first season sans Aaron Rodgers.

A member of the Shanahan coaching tree, LaFleur helped Jordan Love lead the Packers to a 9-8 record in 2023, upsetting the Cowboys at Jerry World in the Wild Card Round, and nearly doing the same to San Francisco the following week.

Raheem Morris (+1,000)

After a tenure with the Atlanta Falcons spanning from 2015 to 2020, including roles ranging from defensive backs coach to interim head coach, Raheem Morris was hired as the new head coach following two outstanding seasons as the Rams defensive coordinator.

Featuring a budding defensive secondary and a game-changing running back in Bijan Robinson, Morris will look to get the Falcons back to the postseason for the first time since 2017. Considering the Buccaneers are fresh off clinching the NFC South with a 9-8 record, the division is a realistic possibility for Morris & Co. in 2024-25.
